A second man can be seen casually picking up the wheelchair from the tarmac before placing it on the baggage trolley. "After I saw them do this and laugh with the first two wheelchairs I had to get it on film. That is not what I'd call “handling with care” for someone's mobility device," the TikTok creator said. American Airlines issued a statement to Business Insider, apologising for the staff's mistreatment.
